Johan Eriksson Rydermark
Chairman of the Board
Board member since 2011. Studies at the University of Skövde and degree from the London School of Economics. Previous experience from such companies as Hederat Group Treasury AB and Landesbank Kiel.
Magnus Nordholm
CEO/ Member of the Board
CEO and is responsible for business development and institutional sales. He most recently comes from the position of Deputy CEO at Heimstaden. Previous experience includes roles such as CEO of Fredensborg, Head of Nordic Real Estate Products, and Head of Structured Real Estate Financing at HSH Nordbank.
Peter Wallqvist
Member of the Board
More than 20 years of experience in the financial sector with a focus on real estate financing and regulatory work. Currently the CEO of the depositary institution Nordic Depositary Services. Previous experience includes positions such as Director for the American loan servicing company Situs in the Nordic region and Head of Real Estate Nordic at HSH Nordbank.
The Investment Committee has been appointed by the Board of Estea AB.
The Investment Committee continuously evaluates potential investments and makes decisions on behalf of the funds about the investments to be implemented.
The Investment Committee currently comprises employees of Estea AB.

Authorisation to conduct discretionary management of investment portfolios pursuant to Chapter 3, Section 2, first paragraph of LAIF, and to receive funds with transaction reporting requirements and to provide investment advice pursuant to Chapter 3, Section 2, paragraphs 2 and 4 of LAIF.
