Meet Madeleine
Madeleine Jakobik, Asset & Sustainability Manager
I am an Asset Manager, which means I work on managing and developing properties in our funds. This may involve coordinating leasing projects, identifying needs, and developing our properties with a focus on sustainability.
Most recently, I come from KTH, where I earned a master's degree in real estate economics. During my studies, I primarily worked on transactions at ICA Fastigheter, but I also spent a summer on a new construction project and hosted a podcast about sustainability.
I find it to be an incredibly pleasant company where colleagues are professional, engaged, yet also have a lot of fun. Estea appealed to me because it's a workplace where you are entrusted with a lot of responsibility, allowing for personal development.
